Nominations for the Board of Directors

Two positions are coming open on the Board of Directors. Voting will take place on April 17, 2025 at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

J. Pat Stewart

J. Pat Stewart joined the credit union in 1984. He was appointed by the Board of Directors to the Supervisory Committee in 2008 and served as Committee Chair from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, he was appointed to fill a vacant position on the Board of Directors. Stewart retired as Director of Student Services from Warren County Schools in 2017 after 36 years of service in various roles, including teacher, Director of Student Services, Director of Pupil Personnel and Director of Technology.

In retirement, Stewart has remained very active in the community. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Service One and the Richardsville Fire Department. Additionally, he is President of the Warren County Retired Teachers Association, President of the Kentucky Colonel Amateur Radio Club, and a Board Member of the Kentucky Goat Producers Association.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and family.

 

Dr. Rich Miller

Dr. Richard Miller is retired from the Department of Psychology at Western Kentucky University and has been a credit union member since 1972. Dr. Miller has served on the board in all offices since 1989, including four years (2 two-year terms) as Chair.
