Apply for a Teacher Grant

We are excited to share one of the perks of being a credit union member! Available are (12) $250 classroom supply grants for K-12 teachers who are members or immediate family of members.

Submissions open every year on August 15 and close on September 30. Teachers will be notified by October 15. Checks are made payable to the teacher and mailed to the teacher's school. 

Photos of the items purchased with the funds are requested to be emailed to marketinggroup@socu.com

Teacher Grant Criteria

  • Be a current member or family of a member of Service One Credit Union

  • Be in good standing – no loss of money to the credit union such as charge-offs or loss through bankruptcy

  • Have not previously won a teacher grant through Service One Credit Union

  • Teach at an accredited school

  • Teach within the River Development District (BRADD) or Pennyrile Area Development District (PADD) areas of the South Central and Western Kentucky area

This form will only be available during the date range of August 15, 2024, through September 30, 2024. If you are reading this message outside of that date range, please be patient.

Winners will be notified by email on Oct. 15, 2024.
