Refi Rescue

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Service One Credit Union Auto Refinance Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, board members, officers, and their immediate family members of Service One Credit Union are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and is void where prohibited.

2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The Sweepstakes begins on April 15, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. (Local Time) and ends on July 15, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (Local Time) (“Sweepstakes Period”). Offer subject to change or discontinuation.

3. HOW TO ENTER:

1. Automatic Entry:

   Submit a completed application for an auto loan refinance with Service One Credit Union during the Sweepstakes Period.

   Loan approval is not required for entry.

2. Mail-In Entry (Alternative Method of Entry – AMOE):

   To enter without refinancing, handwrite your full name, mailing address, email, phone number, and the words “Service One Auto Refinance Sweepstakes” on a 3” x 5” card and mail it to:

   Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 15, 2025 and received no later than July 22, 2025.

   Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method.

   No mechanical reproductions or automated entries are allowed.

4. WINNER SELECTION & ODDS:

One (1) winner will be randomly selected on or before July 31, 2025.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 5 business days of the drawing. If the winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize within 7 days after our notification, an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing.

5. PRIZE DETAILS:

Grand Prize (1 Winner):

$1,000 cash prize, deposited into the winner’s Service One Credit Union savings or checking account (excluding Certificates of Deposit) or issued by check if the winner is not a member.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or another prize. If required by law, a 1099 form will be issued for tax purposes.

6. CONDITIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

By participating, entrants agree to:

• Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Service One Credit Union, which are final.
• Allow Service One Credit Union to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes if they win, without further compensation.

7. GENERAL TERMS:

Service One Credit Union reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if it cannot be run as planned due to fraud, tampering, or technical issues.

Service One Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries.

By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for Sweepstakes administration, in compliance with privacy laws, and further provide their prior express written consent to receiving communications from Service One Credit Union about the Sweepstakes and future promotions.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Service One Credit Union from any claims, damages, or losses related to the Sweepstakes.
